Media Transfer and Processing

Audio may be accepted as any of the following media and formats and transferred to any other for archiving, importing to DAWs or Red Book CD-Audio mastering. DAT to DAT and DTRS to DTRS digital cloning, sample rate conversion, noise and hiss removal, pitch retuning and other signal processing may also be carried out. 1/4” Tape up to 12.5” NAB or Cine-centre Spools

  • Half Track: 7.5ips, 15ips, 30ips.
  • Quarter Track (Stereo) 3.75ips, 7.5ips, 15ips.
  • Four Track: 7.5ips, 15ips.
 

Compact Cassette

  • Stereo Dolby B or Non-Dolby: 1.875ips.
 

Digital Formats

 

DAT

  • 16 bit: 32kHz, 44.1kHz, 48kHz.
 

DTRS

  • 16 and 24 bits(HR): 44.1kHz, 48kHz.
 

CD/DVD

  • CD-Audio
  • CD-ROM Macintosh
  • CD-ROM ISO 9660
  • DVD-ROM
 

Magneto-Optical Disk (Macintosh Format)

  • 5.25": 630MB, 1.3GB, 2.6GB.
  • 3.5": 128MB, 230MB, 640MB, 1.3GB.
 

Hard Disk (Macintosh Format)

  • External Drive or Caddy: SCSI-1, SCSI-II, Ultra160
  • Firewire Drive
